Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking. If you did not receive any email after one business day, please check your junk mailbox.

 

If you wish to enrol a second (or third) dog, you do not have to complete the form again. Simply email admin@buddyboo.com.au with details of your additional dog. Please include name, sex, breed, date of birth, neuter and vaccination status.

Please email or bring vaccination record on the day. If your puppy requires to be fed during the day, feel free to bring their food along and we'll feed them at the required time.
